Dog

The daily rate for your dog is €10.00 per day (excluding food). Other pets are not allowed.

Dogs may only be brought with you after we have given our permission. Your furry friend is generally allowed in all room categories. We have a dog bowl in your room.


We ask for your understanding that your dog is not allowed to have breakfast with us.


We would like to politely point out that for general safety reasons, dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire hotel premises.

The guest is responsible for his pet.

Are you planning a stay of more than 4 nights? Then please feel free to ask for your personal overnight offer.


We are also happy to create individual group offers for 10 people or more.


cancellation

You can cancel your room reservation free of charge up to two (2) weeks before your arrival date if you notify us in writing.


In case of shorter cancellation time, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the room rate if the room cannot be reoccupied for that period.


The same applies in case of late arrival or early departure. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance,

Arrival and departure

The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.


If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know by phone.


Please note if you arrive on a Monday that our reception is only open until 5.30 p.m. If you arrive after 5 p.m., we will deposit your room key in the key safe. We will be happy to give you the code over the phone.
